British Airways Terraces Lounge at Seattle Airport (SEA) is a small lounge. After entering, you can see the entire lounge in one glance.

While the lounge offers complimentary alcoholic beverages, the buffet food is underwhelming. Therefore, if you have time, it’s better to access the Alaska Airlines Lounge North Satelite or the American Express Centurion Lounge SEA with a valid Amex card, such as the American Express Platinum Card. Please note that Finnair flights depart from S gates at the South Satelite terminal.

British Airways Lounge SEA South Satelite

British Airways Terraces Lounge is near Gate S10 (South Satellite). To get to the lounge entrance, you must take the stairs or the elevator to one level above the departure gates. It’s also worth noting that The Club SEA, which is part of the Priority Pass Lounge, is also on the same level as the British Airways Terraces Lounge.

British Airways Lounge Seatac Access

Finnair and other airlines that partner with the British Airways lounge, such as Emirates, Qatar Airways, and all other oneworld airlines, first and business-class passengers can access the lounge for free.

Access Day Pass

Unfortunately, you cannot pay to get in the British Airways Lounge in Seattle with a day pass.

Lounge Seats

British Airways Lounge Seattle South Satelite is small. While there are plenty of seats inside the lounge, I can’t imagine how crowded it can get during busy times. After entering the lounge and passing the small buffet area, you can see the entire lounge at a glance, which shows how small the British Airways Lounge in Seattle airport is.

There are small lounge seats and tall chairs by the windows, but don’t expect any runway views. It’s just a roof view – nothing to write home about.

Food

British Airways Lounge Seattle has a small buffet food station. I was visiting during lunchtime, so they were serving a salad bar, cold cuts, cheese, pretzels, and vegetable egg rolls. The food is really underwhelming at this British Airways Terraces Lounge.

Drinks

While there’s no bar inside the lounge, there’s a bartender inside a room with windows open that serve alcoholic drinks. Non-alcoholic drinks are also available and self-served at the beverage station.

The bathroom inside the British Airways Terraces Lounge in Seattle is small, with two private toilet stalls.

I was surprised that this particular small British Airways Lounge at Seatac has a shower room.

None.

Conclusion

Review British Airways Lounge Seattle Airport (SEA) For Finnair Business Class

Unfortunately, Finnair does not have a business class lounge at Seattle International Airport (SEA). However, the airline is part of oneworld, and therefore, Finnair business class passengers can access the Alaska Airlines lounge or the British Airways Terraces lounges.

Because Finnair flights leave from S gates at Seatac, it makes more sense to use the British Airways Lounge South Satelite. This small lounge serves underwhelming food, but surprisingly, it has a shower room. This lounge is an example of a “better than nothing” type of lounge when flying Finnair business class out of Seattle airport.
