The Executive Lounge at Hilton Imperial Dubrovnik is cozy and comfortable, but it’s not my favorite Hilton club lounge in Europe when it comes to food. While you can enjoy the unlimited buffet, the portion is really small, with tiny meats and mostly cold options. However, free alcoholic drinks were nice during the Happy Hour inside the lounge.
Hilton Dubvronik Executive Lounge Location and Access
The Executive Lounge at Hilton Imperial Dubrovnik is on the reception floor. You can access the lounge by using your room key.
- Hilton Honors Diamond members have access to the Executive Lounge regardless of whatever room type you book with cash or points.
- Hotel guests that book into a room with Executive Lounge access.
Hilton Imperial Dubrovnik Executive Lounge Hours
Hilton Imperial Dubvronik’s Executive Lounge has the following operating hours:
- Breakfast: 7 am – 11 am
- Refreshments: 11 am – 5 pm
- Happy Hour (including sweet and savory bites): 5 pm – 7 pm
- Refreshments: 7 pm – 11 pm
Executive Lounge Seats
The Executive Lounge of Hilton Imperial Dubrovnik is small and cozy. It has comfortable seats inside, such as dining tables, lounge chairs, and bar stools. However, the lounge can get busy and crowded, especially during Happy Hour, when it offers free alcoholic drinks along with small plates of appetizers.
Complimentary Breakfast
Hilton Imperial Dubrovnik offers two breakfast benefit choices for Hilton Honors Diamond members.
- You can have breakfast inside the Executive Lounge or,
- You can enjoy breakfast at the on-site restaurant Imperial Terrace.
I strongly recommend you have breakfast inside the restaurant instead of the lounge. The reason is simple: the restaurant offers more varieties of breakfast buffets, whereas the Executive Lounge offers a limited breakfast buffet.
Although the Executive Lounge offers a complimentary breakfast buffet, the options are very limited. The hot breakfast items are generally scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, and tomatoes. Therefore, go to the hotel’s on-site restaurant instead if you have a complimentary restaurant’s breakfast buffet (see my full review here).
Afternoon Refreshments
The afternoon service inside the Executive Lounge at Hilton Imperial Dubrovnik offers unlimited non-alcoholic drinks, including tea and coffee, snacks such as almonds and other types of nuts, and granola bars. The options are limited, but I enjoy going into the lounge to grab soft drinks and bottled water throughout the day.
Evening Happy Hour
The evening service inside the lounge is known as Happy Hour. As its name suggests, spirits, beers, and wines are available free of charge and self-served.
In addition, appetizers are also available in tiny bowls. The options are mostly cold, with one hot item, which typically has mini bowls and one tiny meat. There are not many meat options. However, you can enjoy as much as you want because it’s a self-serving buffet.
Desserts
Desserts and sweets are also available during the evening Happy Hour. The selections are good. There are small and big slices of cake. In fact, I prefer those desserts over the savory appetizers.
