The PrimeClass Lounge ZAG is the only lounge at Zagreb Airport (ZAG). The airport itself is small, but the PrimeClass Lounge ZAG is the only one there for paid guests and premium-class passengers. It also accepts Priority Pass Membership. Therefore, the lounge can get crowded easily. However, it’s not a bad Priority Pass lounge as it offers adequate complimentary food and alcoholic drinks.
PrimeClass Lounge ZAG Location
The PrimeClass Lounge ZAG is across from Gate 23. Zagreb Airport is not big, and all the gates are in the same area, so finding the lounge is easy.
Lounge Access
PrimeClass Lounge ZAG is the only lounge at Zagreb airport. It is for many purposes, such as business class passengers. It also accepts Priority Pass Membership. Therefore, if you are a Priority Pass member, you can access the lounge.
Zagreb Airport PrimeClass Lounge Price
The walk-in cost to access the lounge is 40 Euros with tax included.
Lounge Seats
PrimeClass Lounge ZAG can get really crowded as it’s the only airport lounge at Zagreb Airport. The lounge has two sections for seating: one across from the buffet station and the other on the left of the check-in desk. While there are quite a few seats and tables available, it can be challenging to find a seat during busy times, especially if the lounge staff do not work quickly to clear messy tables when guests finish.
I was visiting around noon, and the lounge was already busy. But I was surprised they did not limit Priority Pass member’s access.
PrimeClass Zagreb Food Menu
The food menu inside the PrimeClass Lounge ZAG is a buffet. The options are pretty good, with hot options such as pancakes, grilled chicken, spaghetti pasta, and beef soup. On the other hand, the cold options include cup salad, yogurt, vegetables, and delicious pastries. Those pastries are my favorite inside the PrimeClass Lounge ZAG.
Lounge Drinks
Both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are available inside the PrimeClass Lounge ZAG free of charge. Everything is self-serving, so you can enjoy as much as you want. There’s also a wine cell at the corner of the lounge.
Bathroom
PrimeClass Lounge ZAG has a small bathroom in the back. For the male toilet, there is only one urinal and one fully enclosed toilet stall.

Conclusion
PrimeClass Lounge ZAG is the only lounge at Zagreb Airport. It is for business class passengers, such as Star Alliance and Priority Pass members. Therefore, despite having two seating sections inside the lounge, it can get crowded during busy times. However, you can expect a good buffet menu and delicious pastries. Moreover, all non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks, including a wine cell, are self-served and complimentary for all lounge guests.
